COSMED announces the incorporation of COSMED Benelux BV

Rome (Italy) - November 2017 - COSMED, leader in cardiopulmonary and metabolic diagnostics, is proud to announce the incorporation of COSMED Benelux BV.

The new company has been incorporated further to the assets acquisition of TulipMed BV, the COSMED long-established Dutch distributor. COSMED Benelux BV will cover Netherlands and Luxembourg and the Flemish part of Belgium leveraging the deep-rooted experience and market knowledge of the TulipMed team. The entire TulipMed staff is being hired in COSMED Benelux BV. Headquarters are located in Nieuwegein in the outskirts of Utrecht and the team will be composed initially by 3 full time employees.

The launch of COSMED Benelux BV consolidates COSMED presence in the area and confirms its long-term commitment in an extremely high standard and competitive market. COSMED Benelux will keep the experience and knowledge created by Tulipmed in the past years and it will guarantee continuity to support and customer service operations. In addition, thanks to COSMED global support, the new subsidiary will have the possibility to increase focus and necessary investments for increasing market presence.
