Second training day with COSMED K5 for the Saudi Arabia National Football Team

The Green Falcons continued their preparations for the 2023 Asian Cup: intense training session with the COSMED K5 wearable metabolic system.

Under the supervision of the head coach, Roberto Mancini, and the O2Up team the Saudi national football team underwent fitness tests to determine the cardiovascular fitness status and the performance capacity (VO2 Max).

These tests provided detailed overview about the players´ readiness and according to the result coaches planned next training steps.
