Medical and functional assessment of young Russian athletes preparing for Winter Sports World Cup
On October 5, 2016, a new stage in the implementation of a long-term program for the training of young champions at the Sports Medicine Center "Heraklion Med" began.
This time a comprehensive medical and functional examination is being carried out by members of the combined team of the Moscow region, pupils of the "Truth" sports school.
The sports school brings together the best boys and girls of the region in six sports: cross-country skiing, biathlon, snowboarding, freestyle, Nordic combined and curling.
Leading athletes of the school, who are preparing for performances at the world championship and the championship of Russia, got the opportunity to undergo comprehensive functional testing.
