GCN presenters tested with COSMED equipment at a Performance Lab in Boston

The Global Cycling Network (GCN) sent its presenters Oliver Bridgewood and Alex Paton to Human Powered Health Athletic Performance Centre in Boston to discover how fit they are.

GNC is the largest online cycling channel in the world, bringing together a global community of road cyclists to celebrate everything that’s great about the world of cycling.

Oliver and Alex underwent a series of fitness tests with COSMED Quark CPET: lactate test, V02 max and resting metabolic rate assessment.
