President OTH Amberg-Weiden performed a metabolic test using COSMED equipment at the University
Prof. Dr. Clemens Bulitta, President of OTH Amberg-Weiden (OTH – Technical University of Applied Sciences) - Germany, conducted a comprehensive metabolic test using COSMED equipment at the Biomechanics Laboratory on the technology campus, in collaboration with the HOHPE - Health & Performance team. Their goal is to promote a healthy body by enhancing fitness.
"Mens sana in corpore sano" – the ancient Roman adage about the connection between a healthy mind and a healthy body – is taken to heart at OTH Amberg-Weiden.
Prof. Dr. Christian Schmidkonz, head of the Center for Performance Diagnostics and Sports Medicine, and Christian Wolf, Fitness and Athlete Expert, discuss the significance of these tests in providing a complete assessment of an individual's health status.
